In May, an undercover Clearwater police officer witnessed a woman diagnose a client with lupus using a headset attached to a computer that allegedly scanned the body.

This week, police arrested and charged Veronika Zaitsevskiy, 59, with one felony count of practicing medicine without a license.

Zaitsevskiy operated her business from a second floor office at 1130 Cleveland St., the building that also houses the Tampa Bay Times Clearwater bureau.
