We've been telling you for four years now that Danny Masterson's accusers have overcome incredible obstacles to get heard in a court of law, and now we have for you one of the most eye-opening pieces of evidence of it.

Yesterday, with help from a Bunker reader in Los Angeles, we got access to the court file in the criminal case against Masterson, the Scientology celebrity and That '70s Show actor who is facing 45 years to life in prison if he's convicted of charges that he violently raped three different women in incidents between 2001 and 2003.

Among the documents in that file was a response written by Deputy DA Reinhold Mueller who was opposing a motion to delay the upcoming preliminary hearing that was filed by Masterson's defense attorney, Tom Mesereau. (The motion was denied, and the all-important prelim is still scheduled for May 18.)
