Ryan Hamilton, the Las Vegas attorney who is turning suing Scientology's drug rehab network into a cottage industry, filed his fifth federal fraud lawsuit this week with another complaint against Narconon Fresh Start/Rainbow Canyon Retreat in Caliente, Nevada.
