TWO MORE WOMEN COME FORWARD TO LAPD WITH DANNY MASTERSON RAPE ALLEGATIONS - 2019-12-02
The Underground Bunker has learned that two additional women have identified themselves as rape victims of Scientologist celebrity Danny Masterson and have spoken to the Los Angeles Police Department as part of its ongoing investigation of the That '70s Show actor, bringing to six the number of women who are cooperating with the three-year police probe.
The LAPD initially forwarded a case for prosecution to the Los Angeles District Attorney's office in April 2017, but D.A. Jackie Lacey has not announced whether she plans to charge Masterson with a crime. The actor has repeatedly proclaimed his innocence, and when four of the women filed a civil lawsuit against him this summer, he responded by calling the suit "beyond ridiculous" and vowed that he would "beat her in court."
With that use of "her," Masterson was referring to Chrissie Carnell Bixler, one of his accusers whom he dated for several years, and who alleges that he raped her anally in 2001 and then laughed about it as he told her what he had done as she came to consciousness. Carnell Bixler has said that she didn't previously come forward to law enforcement about the incident because she had no idea that there were other victims. But in 2016, when she learned from two other women that they too were victimized, the three of them decided that October to approach the LAPD.
