Yesterday, we told you about the "demurrer" that Scientologist actor Danny Masterson filed in an attempt to remove himself from a lawsuit filed by four women who say that they've been harassed by the That '70s Show actor and the Church the Scientology since they came forward with rape allegations against Masterson.

Masterson denies that he raped any of the women, and despite a three-year investigation by the LAPD, the Los Angeles District Attorney has not charged Masterson with a crime. He also says that he has not harassed the women, and he calls their lawsuit a publicity ploy.

But besides his demurrer, Masterson also filed another document last week that we thought you'd find interesting. Calling for a hearing on September 2, Masterson has submitted a motion to strike a substantial part of the amended complaint, calling the portions he wants removed "extraneous, irrelevant, and prejudicial."
