Our friend journalist Mark Ebner has come through for us once again.

This time, he sent over a fascinating document that we'd never seen before. It really captures a particular time in Scientology history, and memorializes a Scientologist rebellion against David Miscavige that even predated his takeover as supreme leader after the death of L. Ron Hubbard in 1986!

Here's what Mark could tell us about the document…

The document reads like a digest of the state of Scientology at the time often re-capped on alt.religion.scientology in the 90s. Names and incidents are familiar, but I've never seen it laid out like this in an internally circulated letter.
