On Thursday, we told you about a woman who is suing a business in Pasadena that forced her to take Scientology courses, and when she refused, she was fired.

We explained that the business, Lusida Rubber Products, had been taken over by executives active in Scientology's "WISE" front group, the World Institute of Scientology Enterprises.

You see, Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard revealed in a 1965 lecture that he had gleaned from a galactic civilization which lasted 80 trillion years (yes, he said trillions — hear it for yourself here, second item) a way of setting up organizations that he called an "org board." Hubbard ended up denuding whole forests with his writings about how organizations and businesses should be run, and his followers assume that he's as much a genius about that as he is about the human mind and the nature of the universe itself.
