We were jamming Thursday afternoon when we broke the news about the stunning ruling that will force Danny Masterson's accusers into "religious arbitration." We barely had time to summarize Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Steven Kleifield's 15-page order and post it to the blog that afternoon.

But there's one statement that Kleifield makes in the order that is more stunning than anything else, and we thought we'd circle back to take a longer look at it.
