The lawsuit was filed by former patient and Pennsylvania resident [[:Category:Robert Travaglini|Robert Travaglini]] on April 24, [[:Category:2011|2011]].

The defendant claims that the [[:Category:Pittsburg County|Pittsburg County]] Court lacks personal jurisdiction over Narconon International.</span>
