Critic Sprung June 14, 2001,
Keith Henson, the scientology foe arrested at gunpoint in an Oakville parking lot a couple weeks ago, has been released from jail by the same adjudicator who only last week determined that he posed a flight risk.Henson, who says he's been receiving threats and is afraid to return to the U.S., has also been deemed eligible to apply for refugee status here.
