While employees of Hockley Highlands Inn and Conference Centre have received their back wages, they are still having difficulties with benefits and have yet to receive compensation for being terminated without notice.

Employees received their final pay on June 5 and benefit coverage was to continue for the month of June, but they say that has not been the case. Their union, the Power Workers' Union, has been working on that, along with trying to obtain a severance and termination package.
