By a vote of 3-2, the Sandy Springs Planning Commission has recommended the City Council deny the rezoning of an office building owned by the Church of Scientology.

The church wants the property, located at the intersection of Roswell Road and Glenridge Drive, to be its new Georgia headquarters.
