A continuation of Oliver Wallace's "Der Fuehrer's Face" as made popular by Spike Jones and his City Slickers. All materials adapted and performed by Jacob Minter.
"Der Fuehrer's Face," composed for Disney-made WWII U.S. propaganda, was a parodic interpretation of Nazi Germany's anthem, "Horst-Wessel-Lied," itself an appropriation of existing war songs derived from hymns and popular folk melodies.
