A biography of Tom Cruise due out this month may prompt a dispute between its author and the U.S. actor, a report said Sunday.

The New York Post reported that based on the book's stance toward Cruise's Scientology beliefs and romantic life, the actor may take offense at author Andrew Morton's work.
