Indians seek end to Narconon lease February 14, 1991,
Indian leaders want to end a lease with a Narconon drug treatment center because of its trouble obtaining a state license and other problems, tribal officials say.
Robert Chapman, chairman of the Chilocco Development Authority, said Wednesday the group wants to end its agreement with the Narconon Chilocco New Life Center, which sits on Indian land in Kay County.
