Frank J. Gaffney Jr. is an American counter-jihad conspiracy theorist[4] and the founder and president of the Center for Security Policy. In the 1970s and 1980s he worked in various roles for the federal government, including seven months as Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for International Security Affairs during the Reagan administration.
