The Flag Service Organization operates the Advanced Org Flag Land Base facility ("Flag" for short) in Clearwater, Florida, and provides services to Scientologists visiting there. As normal for Scientology operations, there are a host of overlapping organizations, and which one is responsible for a particular detail can be vague.
