Richard Bertrand Spencer (born 1978) is an American neo-Nazi,[1] antisemitic conspiracy theorist and white supremacist who is known for his activism on behalf of the alt-right movement.[2]

Spencer is known for his public advocacy of violence against nonwhites. He has advocated for the enslavement of Haitians by whites,[3] the ethnic cleansing of racial minorities from the United States, and the ethnic cleansing of Turks from Anatolia.[3]
